Terms of Service & AUP

1 Introduction

Welcome to NodusPay. By using our billing and community management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). NodusPay provides a technological infrastructure to connect content creators and their Telegram communities via Stripe.

2 Zero Tolerance: Illegal Activities and CSAM

It is strictly forbidden to use NodusPay to facilitate, promote, exchange or monetize access to groups that contain or distribute:

• CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Child sexual exploitation, solicitation or distribution of child pornography. This will lead to immediate reporting to the relevant authorities (NCMEC, local and international law enforcement).
• Revenge Porn and Non-Consensual Content: Distribution of intimate material without the explicit consent of all parties involved.
• Scams and Financial Fraud: Ponzi schemes, phishing, selling stolen credentials or any activity aimed at defrauding users or financial institutions.
• Terrorism and Extreme Violence: Promotion of terrorism, sale of illegal weapons, or incitement to violence.
• Drug Trafficking: Sale or facilitation of the trade in illegal substances.

3 Sanctions and Suspension

NodusPay and Stripe actively monitor transactions. In case of detected violations of our AUP:

• The creator account will be permanently banned without notice.
• Funds in the connected Stripe account may be frozen or seized in accordance with Stripe directives and legal authorities.
• Payment links will be disabled and groups disconnected from the bot.
• NodusPay will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations by providing logs, IP addresses and transaction data.

4 Creator's Responsibility

As the administrator of the Telegram group, you are legally responsible for the contents exchanged within it. By accepting these terms before monetizing a community, you confirm that you will actively moderate the group to prevent violations of current laws and this AUP.
